LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2026
The Life Insurance Corporation of India is all set to re-open the Golden Jubilee Scholarship for meritorious students from economically weaker families who are enroll in full-time higher education courses like medical, engineering, graduation, diploma, vocational, and ITI courses in any recognized institutions.
Student must have scored at least 60% in Class 10/12/Diploma and admission in 2026-27. After verification of document and application, selection list is release on bases of marks, documents, and income. Selected students get the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2026 Amount upto ₹40,000 annually with special two-year scholarship for girl students or general scholarship.

Who Can Apply For LIC Scholarship?
Students who have scored at least 60% marks in Class 10, 12, or equivalent/Diploma and has belong to families with annual income upto ₹4.5 lakh are eligible. But they must have taken admission in to full-time recognized higher education courses.
These full time courses are Medical, Engineering, Graduation, Diploma, Vocational, Integrated, or ITI courses. A special category is available for girl students after Class 10. Applicants enroll in Postgraduate, distance learning, part-time, open university, and self-study professional course students are not eligible.

Selection Process For Scholarship
As we mention above that the selection for the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship is based on academic merit and family income. All the applicants are shortlisted division wise based on marks with preference given to applicants from families earning ₹0 – ₹2.5 lakh annually and then to families 2.5 – ₹4.5 lakh income group if seats remain.
